My New Year's stay was enjoyable. The hotel rooms offered comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. the hotel's location was convenient to several local attractions. the complimentary breakfast was a great start to each morning during my stay.

The hotel's staff seemed unresponsive to guests' needs and appeared to be understaffed. , the poor room soundproofing made it difficult to sleep due to noise from other guests.

We loved the privacy that we got from the hotel staff. As introverts, we don't like too much interaction with strangers. So, it was great that the hotel staff respected our privacy and didn't bother us unnecessarily. The hotel was also very clean, which made us feel welcomed. We appreciated the almost soundproof walls and peaceful atmosphere, which made for a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the restaurant served a great breakfast, with delicious vegetables. Lastly, the staff were friendly and patient, especially the waitress named Lihle who served us with a smile.
